Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking with TieMyTurban, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit secures your booking and ensures we have the necessary time and resources to provide the best service for your event.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 3 months before your event date via our email tiemyturbanuk@gmail.com.
Cancellations made within 3 months of the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
If the cancellation is made 3 months or more before the event, a refund of the deposit will be issued minus an admin fee of £30.
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to work with you to make any adjustments as needed. However, to ensure the best experience for all our clients, this policy will be strictly enforced.
